May 2026 Wellness Workshop - Creative Experience
Creative Glass Decoupage Experience
With Lisa Bohne, Local Artist
Join us for a calming and creative 2-hour experiential workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore. This glass decoupage experience, guided by local artist Lisa Bohne, invites you into a gentle space of creativity where you can ease stress and quiet the mind through intentional, hands-on art.
Together, we will step into a supportive and relaxed environment where creativity becomes a pathway to presence. Rather than focusing on perfection or outcome, this experience encourages you to engage in a structured, low-stress process using tissue paper and simple materials—allowing your mind to settle and your body to unwind .
Through this creative and mindful practice, participants will be guided in reconnecting with a sense of calm and focus while supporting emotional well-being. Engaging in art in this way can help reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, and create space for reflection within a welcoming community setting.
This experience is designed to help you:
• Calm the mind and reduce anxiety
• Restore focus and mental clarity
• Reconnect with creativity and self-expression
• Create space for relaxation and emotional reset
Our intention is to create a warm, grounded, and supportive environment where you can slow down, create with intention, and reconnect with yourself.
