Tending the Wilderness Within
Join us for a meaningful and nourishing 2-hour experiential workshop exploring the Medicine Wheel of Emotions, guided byKatie Blackthorn.
Together we will step into a gentle space of reflection and connection as we explore emotions through the wisdom of the elemental medicine wheel. Rather than trying to control or suppress emotions, this experience invites you to tend your inner landscape with curiosity, compassion, and presence.
Through earth-based wisdom and embodied practices, participants will be guided in reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence while exploring emotions such as grief, anxiety, anger, and depression within a supportive community setting.
This experience is designed to help you:
• Cultivate deeper emotional awareness
• Restore inner balance
• Reconnect with the wisdom of the body
• Approach your emotional landscape with compassion and curiosity
Our intention is to create a safe, reflective, and grounded environment where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.

This is an in-person wellness workshop with intentionally limited seating to maintain a supportive and intimate circle.
Prepare for the Experience
To help create a warm and intentional space together, we invite you to bring a few personal items that will support your comfort during the workshop:
☕Your favorite tea or coffee mug
We will have a special treat to enjoy together during the gathering.
👕Comfortable clothing
Dress in a way that allows you to relax and feel at ease.
💧Water bottle
Staying hydrated helps support presence and grounding.
📓Journal
You may wish to capture reflections, insights, or intentions that arise.
🧘Yoga mat and cushion or meditation pillow (if you have one)
These will help make the experience more comfortable as we sit together in circle.
Reserve Your Space
A$15 offering reserves your space in the circle.
Seating is intentionally limited so that we can cultivate a thoughtful and connected group experience, and we encourage early registration.

Katie Blackthorn
Katie brings a compassionate and grounded presence to emotional exploration through nature-based wisdom and embodied practices. Her work supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner landscape and cultivating emotional balance through mindful awareness and earth-centered guidance.
